About the Author
Vicki Judah is a Certified Veterinary Technician with forty-five years of experience in animal care, and a special interest in exotic animal medicine and captive care. The former program director of Companion Animal Science at the Jordan Applied Technology Center in Utah, Ms. Judah developed the curriculum for courses in Animal Care and Science, Veterinary Assisting and Technology, Equine Science, Agricultural / Livestock Care and Management, and Aquatics. Now retired, Ms. Judah dedicates her time to developing educational material and writing, along with animal health, education, and rescue projects in Baja, Mexico.
