How do I access the website?
  • When you purchase Duane’s, the DVD case comes with an insert that provides you with an access code. Go to www.duanesophthalmology.com, click “Register Now” and enter your access code when prompted.

What if my access code is not accepted?
  • The access code is case sensitive. You have to make sure the letters are in capital followed by the numbers in the code. Ex. WK564012. That should allow access. If it doesn’t, please call customer service at 1-800-638-3030.

What do I do if I forget my password?
  • Click on the Forgot My Password link. Enter your email address that you supplied at the time of account activation and click the submit button. You will receive an email message with your account information.
